1. Fruit Kebab with Chocolate Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 2 clementines or tangerines
  • Handful strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • Handful grapes
  • Melted dark chocolate

Method
Cut all fruits into biteable sizes. Arrange on kebab sticks and drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.

9. Hard boiled eggs

10. Rice cakes topped with mashed avocado

11. Banana slices topped with peanut butter

12. Pina colada popsicle: a blend of banana, pineapple and milk.

13. Peanut butter milkshake: a blend of milk, peanut butter, and banana

14. Strawberry and watermelon slush: a blend of watermelon, strawberries, and ice

15. Apple slices and peanut butter creamy dip: a mixture of peanut butter and plain yoghurt

16. Yoghurt topped with strawberries

17. Plain crackers topped with cream cheese and jam

18. Fruit jelly, in any flavour of choice

19. Cucumber sandwich: sliced cucumber with a filling of chicken strips, and tomato slice.

20. Fruit and cracker pizza: crackers topped with cream cheese/yoghurt and diced fruits.

21. Cheesy toast: toast with melted cheese.

22. Frozen yoghurt bite: yoghurt topped with fruits and frozen in cupcake tin
