First, it is important to take a bit of time to learn more about the plan so that you will have a clear understanding of what you will be doing throughout the program.
Starter Guidelines:
- You must drink at least 1.5 liters of water Every day.
- Try to take 4 ounces of Aloe Juice first thing in the morning for the first Month
- 2 table spoonful of apple cider vinegar (suggested brand BRAGGS) with cold water every morning for week one, Discontinue in week two and restart again in week 3
- Feel free to alternate the protein in the meal plan with any protein of your choice and carbs with any carbs of your choice.
- Cheat day, every Sunday.

- No deep-Fried Greasy Food, and no refined sugar in any form whether brown or white
- Fruits like, Nuts, honey and avocado will make you fat, when you eat too much of them.
- Bread, noodles and pasta are allowed once in 2 weeks
- Always keep a food journal
- Write down all you eat including everything tasted
- Please do not be deceived by any fad foods or crash diet.
- You may incorporate your favorite foods into your menu, so that you do not become a yoyo dieter.
- Your diet must become like a lifestyle
The 12-Days Detox
This involves feeding on healthy nutritious smoothies for breakfast, dinner, and lunch and this will take place for 12days. You May wish to replace lunch with a healthy meal. more of veggies, protein, and less carb.
Note-you are preparing yourself for the upcoming program your only source of nutrition should be fresh fruits Turned smoothies please take as much as possible.
The first 12days into this plan is quite strict and if you do it well you will lose up to 5kg in 12days❤❤❤.
Detox Guidelines
This is a 12-DAY DETOX PLAN, hence you are expected to eat just fruits and vegetables over the course of this program.
- You have also been advised to get the RAW ORGANIC GREEN COFFEE BEAN to help suppress your appetite and control your cravings
- You should drink the Green Coffee Bean Extract first thing in the morning
- You are also allowed to drink any other herbal teas such as chamomile tea,
hibiscus tea, peppermint tea, ginger tea, tumeric tea etc. These herbal teas
are not a replacement for the green coffee beans - We recommend that you eat a low sugar fruit or water every 2-3hrs so you
do not feel lightheaded and to also prevent extreme hunger - You must drink at least 1/1.5 litres of water every day
- Endeavor to stay off alcohol during this detox
- Prioritize sleep and stress management for this period
- You are allowed unlimited vegetables throughout the plan
- Feel free to swap smoothie options to veggies only (salads) for more drastic
effect - Feel free to stop eating once you are full, you don’t have to stuff yourself
with excess fruit - Be cautious with dressings and sauces for your salads
- There will be no CHEAT MEAL allowed in this plan
- Snacks could be fruits and vegetables
- No fried food, deep greasy food and no refined sugar in any form whether
brown or white in this process - You are also advised to stay off refined carbs, high sodium foods, packaged
foods over the course of this program - Please note that this plan will only work if you are willing and ready to go
hard core with me - Example of low sugar fruits and veggies include apples, watermelon, pawpaw, berries, grapefruits, honeydew melon, kiwi, oranges, carrots, cucumbers, garden eggs, tomatoes, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, pumpkin leaves (ugwu), lettuce etc.
